If your property hasn’t sold within the first 90 days, we’ll offer a further 30-day appointment with no additional agency fee.
PAYMENT
Clear from day one.
CampaignAgent Pay Later may be available for the $3,999 marketing campaign only, allowing approved sellers to defer that marketing payment until settlement or the agency appointment ends, whichever occurs first. The $7,999 agency fee remains payable upfront.

Form 2 Seller Disclosure Statement.
You arrange your Form 2 through your solicitor or conveyancer. Approximately $295 plus required property searches.

Do I still get full agency support?
Yes. We manage the campaign from launch through to settlement, including enquiries, buyer follow-up, offers, negotiation, contracts and transaction management.
What do I need to do?
You prepare the home, conduct open homes and private inspections, provide access when required, arrange your Form 2 and make the final decision on offers.
What if the property doesn’t sell in 90 days?
We offer a further 30-day appointment with no additional agency fee.
Can I pay later?
